WHAT WE DOAbout Us

At Happy Breeze, Supported Independent Living means having the right support in a home that feels safe, calm, and truly yours. Our qualified team works alongside NDIS participants to build daily living skills, confidence, and independence at a pace that feels comfortable.

Every support worker is trained, checked, and experienced in working with people with a wide range of physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities. We listen first, then tailor supports around personal goals, routines, culture, and communication style so each person feels respected, heard, and in control of their own life.

ABOUT Enhancing Independence, Enriching Everyday Life

  • EXPERIENCE
  • ACCREDITATION

Happy Breeze is an experienced Supported Independent Living (SIL) provider in NSW, supporting NDIS participants to live as independently as possible in safe, comfortable homes. Our team includes qualified, carefully screened support workers with strong experience across physical, intellectual, and psychosocial disabilities, so each person receives the right level of support and understanding.

SIL at Happy Breeze is a collaborative process. We listen to each person’s goals, routines, and preferences, then design supports that fit their life rather than the other way around. This can include help with personal care, cooking and meal preparation, household tasks, medication prompts, and getting out into the community for appointments, work, or social activities, always with a focus on building skills and confidence over time.

Happy Breeze is an NDIS‑registered provider, meeting strict national quality and safeguarding standards for Supported Independent Living in NSW. Our policies, procedures, and incident management systems are regularly reviewed so participants, families, and guardians can trust the safety and reliability of our services.

All support workers hold current NDIS Worker Screening Checks, Working With Children Checks (where required), first aid and CPR, and complete regular training in person‑centred practice, restrictive practice awareness, and safeguarding. Clinical governance is overseen by experienced allied health and management staff, ensuring every SIL home operates to high professional, ethical, and cultural‑safety standards.

Across all our SIL homes, the common thread is that people no longer feel they have to manage everything on their own. With the right support at home, independence feels possible, and families gain peace of mind knowing their loved one is safe, heard, and supported.
